I am in need of someone to help me with my son, Mike, who is autistic. I want to pay someone to be a mother's helper/babysitter. I need someone to come to my home to get Mike ready and then off to school in the mornings. They would then need to pick him up after school and watch him until I get home from work. It will probably end up being four days a week, as he will be going to his dad's house probably one day a week.
