I am a single, forty-year-old woman in the Memorial Park Ward (with no children) looking for a room to rent. I'd like to rent in a place where running the air-conditioning in the summertime isn't a problem. Also, children and pets are not a deal breaker for me, but I'd prefer to rent somewhere without them. I'm looking to move in A.S.A.P. or by the end of the month. I don't have much money for deposits and such--money is tight for me right now.
