Dear Sisters,
Next Wednesday night, October 28th, we will have our Trunk-or-Treat Activity at the church. We will begin at 5:30 with carnival games for the Primary children. They will decorate treat bags, play games and go through the Spook Alley, run by the Young Men. The Spook Alley will be toddler-friendly. The Young Women will host a Cupcake Walk. Children (and adults, if you would like) are encouraged to wear costumes.
Dinner will be at 6:30. Seminary students may get their dinner a little early and eat during Seminary, which will be at the regular time. If you did not get a chance to sign up to bring food on Sunday, you can do so this Sunday or you can email me at cnt4456@aol.com and let me know what you can bring. We would like you to bring a pot of soup or chili, or about 20 baked potatoes, or a pan of cut-up corn bread. We have had wonderful soups and chili brought in the past, and we are looking forward to having more this year.
The Trunk-or-Treating will begin at 7:15 in the parking lot. Bring lots of candy to pass out and decorate your trunk--we will have trophies for the funniest, the spookiest, and the best overall trunk decorations.
