Running Buddies?

Hello, this is Kathleen Baker. I have recently decided that I want to get more physically fit and start running. I am very much a beginner, and am looking for sisters that might be interested in getting in shape and learning how to run a 5K with me.

I got the program from a friend who helps train people for triathlons and it's a "couch to 5K" running plan. It takes 9 weeks, running 20 minutes, 3 days a week. But theoretically it can turn any couch potato into a 5K runner! I'd like to begin in September.
